Production Specialist

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

The Sherwin-Williams Enterprise Studio is a centralized production space that supports the creation of high-quality video, audio, photography and digital content across the enterprise. As a shared corporate resource, the 10,000 sqft multi-suite studio offers the capability to host simultaneous productions with modern recording, lighting, live broadcasting and editing technology that can be used in the studio as well as in the field.

The Production Specialist provides creative, technical and operational support for day-to-day production activities. As a central point of coordination for a wide range of multimedia projects, this role works closely with studio leadership, producers, creative partners and internal teams to help ensure the smooth execution of production workflows and operations. This opportunity is well suited for someone who enjoys keeping work organized, moving and efficient behind the scenes while building hands-on production skills in a professional studio environment.

As an ambassador of the Company, this individual maintains a professional image, demonstrates attention to detail, and shows a strong interest in developing expertise in SherwinWilliams branding and communications standards.

(1) Production and Studio Operations:

• Supports studio leadership with day-to-day production tasks across multiple projects.
• Organizes scripts, briefs, call sheets, shoot schedules and daily production plans.
• Prepares materials needed for studio productions, meetings and reviews.
• Serves as a frontofhouse representative for the Enterprise Studio, greeting visitors
  and assisting with arrival logistics.
• Maintains studio organization, supplies and shared work areas.

(2) Project Coordination and Workflow Management:

• Tracks action items, tasks and milestones to support projects from concept through delivery.
• Manages production scheduling and studio bookings to help ensure accurate calendars and availability.
• Follows up on task deadlines and deliverables with internal contributors.
• Takes detailed notes during production or planning meetings and distributes follow-up documentation as needed.
• Manages and delivers status updates, meeting summaries and process documentation.
• Supports routing of content and materials through internal review or approval workflows.
• Escalates scheduling conflicts or production issues to senior producers or studio leadership.
• Supports the maintenance of project documentation within production or project management tools.

(3) Studio Technology and Production Support:

• Assists with the setup, operation and basic maintenance of video, photography, lighting and audio production equipment, supporting live and recorded productions in both studio and on-location productions.
• Supports post-production workflows using industry-standard editing and content creation software.

(4) Content and Digital Asset Management:

• Facilitates the collection, preparation and organization of creative assets including copy, design files, broll and multimedia materials.
• Ensures the integrity of the digital asset management system with consistent file and metadata labeling, version control and asset organization.
• Logs footage and ensures media is organized according to delivery or broadcast requirements.
• Assist with project closeout activities including asset archiving and documentation.

(5) Other Responsibilities:

• Assumes additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned.

This role will report to Sherwin-Williams Global Headquarters located at 1 Sherwin Way, Cleveland, OH 44113, USA.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in communications, media production, film, broadcasting, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in media production, communications, studio operation or a related field. Relevant internship experience may be considered toward overall experience requirements.
• Experience supporting video, photo and multimedia projects.
• Familiarity with corporate or professional/agency studio production environments.
• Strong interest in creative production and storytelling.
• Experience working in a deadline driven or collaborative environment.
• Basic familiarity with video, photo and audio production equipment.
• Exposure to editing or content management tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Professional demeanor and ability to interact with visitors and internal stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn production workflows and technical tools.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Musthavethelegalrighttoworkinthecountryofemploymentwithoutneedingsponsorshipnow or in the future for employment visa status.

Preferred:

• Prior experience working in a video, photo, or production studio.
• Prior experience working within a corporate environment.
