(Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning and Decommissioning) Present in 4 countries (Europe, Middle East), we work on projects that enable BSN Engineering to work alongside POWER & PROCESS players to meet the challenges of their projects. Description de la mission : Planification et répartition hebdomadaire des tâches : entre les inspecteurs selon un schéma standard (FFI, opérations internes, opérations externes). Coordination des inspecteurs : contrôle de la qualité des rapports et des constats. Participation aux inspections : le coordinateur peut réaliser certaines inspections. Transmission des consignes : explication des procédures et méthodes à suivre. Rédaction des fiches d’écarts (MDC et NCRR) : prise en charge par le coordinateur, car les inspecteurs maîtrisent mal cet exercice. Communication transversale : diffusion des alertes et points de vigilance au client. Compte rendu : rapport hebdomadaire interne et client (KPI) chaque vendredi. Interface avec les Chargés d’Affaires : coordination régulière (plan de surveillance, fiche d’écart, KPI). Compte rendu rapide : pour les inspections ponctuelles à l’extérieur, un débrief systématique est réalisé. Validation des rapports Visites d’atelier : réalisées quotidiennement. Langue: anglais impératif, allemand impératif Profil coordinateur Inspection : les requis sont Bac + 5 technique Expérience dans la coordination et le management d’équipes opérationnelles (gestion de la charge, planning d’équipe, exigences vs les collaborateurs, passage d’instructions, surveillance) Rigueur à l’Interface client pour identifier les demandes spécifiques et pour répondre aux requis Aisance dans la communication en interne et externe Agilité pour répondre aux demandes interne et externe Why join us?
