Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Coordinator:
• Process invoices, prepare payment vouchers, and allocate expenses to appropriate accounts
• Manage check runs, including payment selection, check processing, and distribution
• Resolve vendor invoice discrepancies and respond to payment inquiries
• Maintain vendor files, W-9 documentation, and due diligence records
• Support 1099 reporting, including annual preparation, review, and distribution
• Maintain AP documentation and assist with audit requests and record retrieval

Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Coordinator:
• 3+ years of accounts payable experience
• Strong understanding of invoice processing and payment procedures
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience working in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations is a plus
