Tax Manager, Private Client Group

They seek a Tax Manager, Private Client Group, to join their Manhattan, NY office.ResponsibilitiesCultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clientsExamine complex tax filings for individuals, trusts, family investment partnerships, private foundations, estates, and gift taxesAssess clients’ financial goals, assets, and investment portfoliosDeliver personalized tax planning and advisory services tailored to individual client needsExplain complex tax concepts in a clear and understandable manner to clientsAnalyze clients’ financial situations to identify tax planning opportunitiesDesign and implement tax-efficient strategies to minimize clients’ tax liabilitiesEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal tax laws and regulationsGuide and mentor junior tax staffTrain, support, and review the work of team members to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax lawsMonitor changes in tax laws, regulations, and industry trendsResearch specific tax issues and provide recommendations to clientsEvaluate tax implications of various financial decisions, including investments and estate planningRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, finance or related field5+ years of experience in tax consultingExperience with HNW clientsStrong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirementsExceptional analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skillsExcellent leadership skillsCPA preferredJob ID # 47653Tagged as: Hybrid Remote/OfficeDate Posted:Posted on December 12, 2025Location:New York, NY 10036, USAJob Title:Tax Manager, Private Client GroupSalary:$140,000 - $180,000
