To date, we have performed mission-critical contracts with a combined total value of over $200M. RAI has a vacancy for Litigation Financial Analyst supporting the US Attorney's Office (USAO).Responsibilities:Assists the legal team by tracing, reviewing, and analyzing financial records from investigations to determine the source and delivery of funds, and the nature and volume of transactions. This includes understanding account relationships, following criminal proceeds and identifying assets and funds that meet thresholds and legal requirements for forfeiture.Assists prosecutors in preparing for court proceedings by developing legal theories for forfeiture and preparing exhibits, charts, and abstracts of the financial evidence.Performs other duties as assigned.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; CPA certification preferredThree-years accounting, finance, or other related experienceStrong organizational and prioritization skills, and ability to work with minimal supervisionExcellent communication skills; oral and writtenIntermediate experience with the Microsoft Office suite of applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and other common software applications and databases, advanced skills are preferredProven commitment and expertise to provide excellent customer service; positive and flexible; ability to multi-taskAbility to work in a team environment, deliver the highest quality of work, and maintain a professional disposition under extreme pressureThis position requires U.S. Citizenship and a 7 (or 10) year minimum background investigation.
