About the Position The company is currently conducting a search for a Senior Project Manager to lead construction projects in the $20M–$40M range. This individual will play a key role in overseeing all phases of project development, from pre-construction through closeout. The Senior PM will be responsible for client communication, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met or exceeded. This is a critical leadership role with high visibility and long-term growth potential.
