This role is responsible for driving high-performing teams, mentoring project managers and direct reports, and ensuring all deliverables meet stringent standards for quality, cost, and schedule. The manager proactively identifies risks and opportunities, implements robust project controls, and collaborates with finance and project controls specialists to manage budgets, change control, and contingency planning. By continuously improving processes and encouraging innovation, the manager develops a resilient, adaptable team culture that prioritizes safety and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements. The manager works with cross functional teams to ensure effective handoffs, process alignment, and robust project controls.
