You know how to empower Agile squads, partner with Product Owners and stakeholders, and create an environment where teams can consistently deliver value.Responsibilities• Coach Agile Squads on Scrum principles, Agile values, and best practices• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, team workshops, and stakeholder discussions• Identify, remove, and escalate impediments impacting delivery• Partner with Product Owners and development teams to improve backlog management and value delivery• Promote team collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement• Help improve Agile maturity across teams and the broader organizationQualifications• 5+ years of professional business experience• 3+ years of Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Lead Agilist experience• Strong understanding xhyhwjd of Scrum principles and Agile methodologies• Experience coaching, teaching, mentoring, and facilitating teams• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities• Experience driving Agile transformation and organizational change• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
