This role involves validating patient and insurance information, ensuring compliance with authorization processes, and maintaining positive interactions with providers and patients. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (or GED) and 2-5 years of experience in insurance authorization or verification. Familiarity with EPIC systems is preferred.
