Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 4x12-Hour Shifts (18:00–06:30)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to Labor and Delivery patients, including high-risk OB cases and a culturally diverse patient population
• Circulate on cesarean sections as required
• Manage patient care across an average daily census of 15–20 patients
• Float within scope of practice to meet facility staffing needs, including potential float to nearby sister facilities
• Adhere to weekend staffing requirements and commit to working assigned holidays as scheduled

Required Qualifications

• Active California RN license (compact license must be in hand at time of submission; pending licenses not accepted)
• Minimum 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience
• Ability to work night shifts including weekends and select holidays
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to qualify as a traveler
• Must be able to commit to scheduling requests and RTO submissions upfront at time of submittal
• Two professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Postpartum nursing experience strongly preferred
• Prior travel nursing experience welcomed; first-time travelers are accepted
