- Communicate with customers regarding overdue balances
- Negotiate payment arrangements and account resolutions
- Monitor delinquent accounts and identify payment issues
- Process customer payments and maintain accurate records
- Research returned payments, chargebacks, and discrepancies
- Coordinate with collection agencies or legal resources when needed
- Deliver professional and positive customer interactions throughout the process
- Maintain customer account documentation and reporting
- Perform account reconciliations and payment research
- Provide updates and reporting to leadership
- Help improve processes and identify operational efficiencies
✔ Previous collections, accounts receivable, customer service, or related experience preferred
✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✔ Organized with strong attention to detail
✔ Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
✔ Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
✔ Microsoft Office and computer proficiency preferred
