Growth Marketing Manager

Connect2Court is a growing legal technology company that helps property management companies and attorneys automate court filings, document preparation, case tracking, and related legal processes. We are an established industry leader in Atlanta and are actively expanding into new markets across the country. About the Role We are looking for a sharp, resourceful Growth Marketing Manager who will work closely with our VP of Business Development and become a trusted partner in helping Connect2Court grow. This is a high-visibility role for someone who enjoys solving loosely defined problems, developing ideas, and turning them into action. Some days you may be developing a new campaign or researching an expansion market; other days you may be preparing for a conference, helping onboard a new client, analyzing performance data, or pursuing an opportunity we have not previously considered. We want someone who is curious about the entire business, not just their assigned marketing tasks. The right person will ask thoughtful questions, think critically and constructively, bring potential solutions when identifying problems, and steadily develop into someone leadership can rely on across a wide range of growth initiatives. What You’ll Do Manage Connect2Court’s LinkedIn presence, including regular content and engagement with industry professionals. Research growth opportunities, prospective clients, competitors, and high-volume court filers in new and existing markets. Create client performance reports and case studies, design sales materials. Assist with managing HubSpot campaigns and automations. Assist with managing paid advertising opportunities, including Google Ads and LinkedIn. Assist with new-client onboarding and support existing client relationships. Attend some industry conferences and client meetings with company leadership. Take ownership of special projects and help turn new ideas into action. Qualifications Approximately 2–5 years of experience in marketing, growth marketing, sales enablement, client success, business development, or a related field. Experience in B2B marketing is helpful but not required. Excellent writing, research, analytical, and communication skills. Comfortable working with data and turning it into clear, persuasive insights. Experience with LinkedIn, HubSpot or another CRM, digital advertising, analytics platforms, and modern AI tools. Highly organized and able to manage several priorities at once. Professional and personable when representing the company with clients, prospects, and industry partners. Willing to travel occasionally for conferences, client meetings, and market expansion. Experience in multifamily housing, property management, legal technology, SaaS, or another B2B industry is helpful but not required. Why Join Connect2Court?
