Group Supervisor – Pearl Haven Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Group Supervisor at Pearl Haven in Haleiwa, HI . About Pearl Haven Pearl Haven is a specialized facility on the north shore of Oahu that provides trauma‑informed therapeutic services for girls ages 11‑17 who have experienced complex trauma or are diagnosed with serious emotional and behavioral disturbances to help them heal from their trauma. Pay $60,000 Annually Perks & Benefits Insurance coverage: Medical insurance starts the first of the month following your first day of full‑time employment. You will be eligible for the rest of the Rite of Passage Benefits Package immediately after 90 days of full‑time employment. 401 K match of up to 6% after 1 year of employment. Paid Time Off and other benefits available. What you will do As the Group Supervisor you will exercise direct control and direction over staff including Day and Night Youth Care Workers as assigned. You will be responsible for ensuring that Pearl Haven programs are implemented in accordance with Pearl Haven policies and procedures as well as federal, state, and local licensing requirements. You will oversee the safety, care, and around‑the‑clock supervision of students in the program. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum age 21 years. Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical examination, and TB test. Empathetic, patient, and a desire to work with troubled teens.
