Desktop Support Technician

Job Summary Seeking a Desktop Support Technician with 2+ years of experience providing end-user desktop support in a Microsoft environment . The role involves PC/laptop break-fix, hardware/software installation, troubleshooting, Active Directory support, Microsoft 365 administration, and resolving technical issues through a ticketing system such as ServiceNow . Strong communication and customer support skills are essential. Interview :- In-person, Only for local or near by Santa Fe, NM Top Mandatory Skills 2+ years of experience as a Desktop Support Technician. Hands-on experience supporting Windows desktops/laptops, hardware, software, and operating systems. Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and basic networking issues. Experience with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and Active Directory. Experience using ServiceNow or other IT ticketing/service management tools. PC/Laptop break/fix, installation, configuration, and maintenance. Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Perl, or Shell) is a plus.
