Salary: $146,370 - 221,400 per year Requirements:

• We need 8+ years of relevant experience building and scaling production-grade enterprise applications and integrations.

• We expect hands-on experience with LLM applications, including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and related AI workflows.

• We partner with People team members and cross-functional stakeholders, including IT, to design, build, and maintain HR technology solutions.
• We streamline HR workflows, improve data quality, and deliver measurable productivity gains.
• We contribute to roadmap planning, experimentation frameworks, and modeling strategy discussions.
• We identify gaps in data, tools, and processes and lead initiatives to close them.
• We develop and deploy AI-powered tools and automations for employee self-service, HR intake, onboarding and offboarding, knowledge retrieval, workforce and headcount planning, performance and talent management, total rewards analysis, and document drafting, analysis, and translation.
• We integrate people systems with enterprise platforms such as Workday, Google Suite, Slack, Salesforce, and Greenhouse to ensure reliable and scalable data flow.
• We evaluate emerging technologies and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency in AI, automation, and HR technology.
• We support end users across the People team and the broader business through documentation, training, technical assistance, and troubleshooting.
• We champion and embed Samsaras cultural principles as we scale globally and expand into new offices.
