Clinical Instructor of Urology (Practitioner)

Responsibilities Develop and implement patient management plans. Coordinate referrals to specialty, ancillary, and social services, document patient encounters and progress notes, and ensure continuity of care. Perform and/or interpret common laboratory, radiologic, and other diagnostic studies used in the evaluation and management of urologic conditions. Assist attending physicians with a variety of urologic procedures and participate in clinical education activities appropriate to the clinician‑educator role.
