Key Responsibilities Draft and negotiate selling, sponsorship, and platform agreements related to traded financial products Provide legal guidance on securities regulations in transactional and product-driven contexts Partner with product and business teams on new initiatives, including M&A-related activity Support commercial contracting processes with a focus on risk allocation and data security Serve as a trusted legal advisor to internal stakeholders across the organization Ideal Profile 7+ years of experience in financial services, investment management, or a related law firm environment Strong background in commercial and product-related contract negotiation Familiarity with broker-dealer and investment adviser regulatory frameworks Active state bar admission Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving business environment Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Legal Inferred from the description for this job Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Paid maternity leave Paid paternity leave Tuition assistance Disability insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr TalentBridge
