Job Description:

• 10+ years of hands-on .NET Core development experience building microservices-based architectures.
• 5+ years of experience with SQL / relational databases (NoSQL is a plus).
• 2+ years of experience with AWS cloud and Terraform (Infrastructure-as-Code).
• Expertise with Git, JIRA, Agile/Scrum, and modern container/platform tooling including Docker, Kubernetes.
• Strong ability to produce system design diagrams (sequence, deployment, etc.) to communicate architecture and integrations.
• AI enablement & adoption: proficient in AI-assisted coding to accelerate delivery (code generation/refactoring/testing) with secure engineering practices; establishes safe AI development standards (prompt/playbooks, governance for AI-generated code/POCs); acts as an AI promoter/champion via demos and enablement.
• Demonstrated ability to create POCs for new technologies and present recommendations/trade-offs to the team.
• CI/CD & platform engineering: pipeline design, quality gates, automated testing strategy, release strategies (blue/green, canary), and environment promotion.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across engineering and stakeholders.
• Preferred: experience in the financial services domain.
• Preferred: experience with Java and Kotlin (building services, integrations, or platform components).
