Requirements Support Staff: medical assistants and nurses Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: 2 weeks per month Patients per day: around 16 or less Patient Population/Age: 18 and older Department Description: Pulmonary Clinic Special Procedures: None needed in Clinic Skills : Trained in Pulmonary Medicine Requirements: Board Certification: IM residency and Pulmonary fellowship License Required: WA DEA: required CSR: not a requirement Certifications Preferred: ABIM Board Certified Certifications Required: ACLS Minimum Experience Required: minimum 1 year post-fellowship Shift Info: Night 5x8-Hour 19:00 - 07:00
