Job Description: The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) is responsible for providing skilled rehabilitation services to patients in accordance with the Plan of Treatment and under the direct supervision and direction of a Physical Therapist. The PTA administers comprehensive physical therapy modalities/regimens to clients in their place of residence for the purpose of developing and restoring function through rehabilitative physical therapy as prescribed by a physician. QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Must have a valid FLORIDA professional license by discipline Must have experience in SNF/LTC Exceptional patient service skills and ability to demonstrate clinical excellence Passionate about post-acute rehabilitation and the older adult population Ability to relate and interact positively, effectively and appropriately with residents, family, professional and facility staff #J-18808-Ljbffr Gateway Post-Acute and Rehab
