Aviation Buyer San Antonio, TX | Hybrid Schedule Areyou a buyer who enjoys building supplier relationships, managing inventory, andkeeping operations moving? Weare partnering with a growing international aerospace organization that islooking to add an Aviation Buyer to its San Antonio team. This position plays akey role in supporting procurement activities across North America whileworking closely with suppliers, operations teams, and internal stakeholders. Thisis an excellent opportunity for someone with aviation, aerospace,manufacturing, or technical procurement experience who enjoys a fast-pacedenvironment and wants to grow their career with a stable and expandingorganization. What You’ll Do Source and purchase aviation and aerospace components, materials, and services Create and manage purchase orders based on demand and inventory requirements Monitor supplier performance, pricing, delivery schedules, and quality standards Build strong supplier relationships and identify opportunities for cost savingsand process improvements Analyze inventory levels and purchasing trends to ensure continuity of supply Work closely with internal teams to support customer requirements andoperational goals Assist with supplier evaluations, audits, and compliance activities Utilize ERP/MRP systems to support procurement planning and reporting What We’re Looking For Minimum of 2 years of purchasing, procurement, or buyer experience Experience within aviation, aerospace, MRO, manufacturing, or a highlytechnical parts environment Experience purchasing components, inventory, materials, or C-Class partspreferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable working with suppliers and cross-functional teams Strong Excel skills, including formulas and data analysis Experience with ERP, MRP, Dynamics, NAV, or similar systems is highly preferred Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Why Consider This Opportunity?
