Technician

Overview No experience is required, we will train the right person! Responsibilities Complete the required training to learn how to be a pest control technician. Safely operate a company vehicle and follow a schedule to ensure prompt and timely arrival of customers. Communicate with customers about their pest control needs and make the proper recommendations and treatment applications. Technicians conduct inspections, correct pest control problems by applying product, baiting, and monitoring, and communicate regularly with office personnel and the sales team to ensure top-quality customer service. Qualifications A high school diploma or G.E.D., good communication skills, a stable work history, and a genuine desire to learn the pest control business are all that are required. Prior experience with termite control is preferred, and trenching, drilling, graphing, and bait station installation are huge pluses.
