We are seeking an experienced Mechanical/Plumbing Estimator to support growing commercial construction projects in South Louisiana. This role focuses on producing accurate takeoffs, budgets, and bid proposals across commercial plumbing, medical gas, and utility scopes. Responsibilities Review drawings/specs and perform detailed takeoffs Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and project teams Identify scope gaps, risks, and value options Requirements Experience estimating commercial plumbing or mechanical projects Ability to read mechanical plans, plumbing sheets, and utility layouts Familiar with medical gas systems (preferred) Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills Seniority Level Associate Employment Type Full-time Job Function Engineering and Project Management Industries Construction Retail Building Materials and Garden Equipment Wholesale Hardware, Plumbing, Heating Equipment #J-18808-Ljbffr Teksky LLC
