Overview Prestigious International Bank Seeks a Senior Associate- Human Resources (Generalist) Responsibilities Reporting to the Head of Human Resources Assist with Employee Relations Talent Acquisition Salary Negotiations Managing Relationships with External Agencies Assist with all Phases of the Interviewing Process including: Pre-screening of Resumes, Coordinating with Hiring Managers, Interviewing, Presenting Offers Assist with New Hire Onboarding Assist with Updating & Improving HR Policies & Procedures Oversee & Plan Holiday Party and all Company Social Events Benefits Administration Assist with Semi-Monthly Payroll - Manage Relationship with Outsourced Payroll Vendors Compensation Base Salary 115k-130k + Strong Bonus & Excellent Full Comprehensive Benefits Package.
