The Argo entities are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Clearbrook Group Holdings Inc.Job DescriptionPremium Audit Supervisor Job DescriptionThe Premium Audit Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the premium audit team, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant audits of policyholders. This role supervises audit staff, including analysts and coordinators, manages workflow, ensures quality control, and provides training and support to direct reports. This position reports to the Premium Audit Manager. The supervisor plays a critical role in maintaining audit standards and fostering team development while helping the audit department meet their goals.The primary duties and responsibilities of the role are:Team Leadership and SupervisionSupervise a team of audit analysts, audit coordinator, internal auditors and audit vendorsMonitor and manage workloads, audit assignments, and productivity levels to ensure timely audit completionProvide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to audit staffAssist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new team membersAudit Oversight and Quality ControlReview audits for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Rockwood’s internal guidelines and regulatory guidelinesAddress and resolve escalated audit disputes or customer concernsCollaborate with the Premium Audit Manager to develop and implement audit policies and procedures.Process ImprovementIdentify opportunities to streamline audit processes and improve efficiency and qualityAssist with automation efforts, system enhancements, and audit tool implementation as needed or availableMaintain awareness of regulatory and industry changes affecting premium audit premium audit practicesReporting and CommunicationPrepare regular reports on audit performance metrics and team productivityCommunicate effectively with internal departments, agents, and policyholdersSupport the Premium Audit Manager in strategic planning, budgeting, and audit program developmentQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experienceStrong knowledge of workers’ compensation, general liability, and commercial premium audit practicesMinimum 4 years of premium audit experience; PAAS, ISO, or NCCI coursework preferredExperience managing third‑party premium audit vendorsSolid management fundamentals: scheduling, prioritizing, coaching, and performance feedbackExcellent attention to detail, communication, and time‑management skillsHighly collaborative, solution‑focused, and able to thrive in a fast‑changing environmentProven ability to deliver results, work independently, and exercise sound judgmentCommitted to continuous learning and professional developmentStrong talent mindset: able to identify, hire, develop, and mentor team membersTeam‑oriented leader who builds morale, empowers others, and supports succession planningSkilled at resolving conflicts objectively and communicating thoughtful, well‑prepared feedbackDemonstrates curiosity, self‑awareness, and a collaborative working styleThis role is 100% on site.
