Accounts Payable ManagerThe Accounts Payable Manager is responsible for overseeing the accounts payable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements, and effective management of business partner relationships. This role provides leadership to the accounts payable team, drives process improvements, and supports organizational financial objectives.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Lead and manage the accounts payable team; oversee daily invoice processing and payment activities; ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements; review and approve payment batches and reconciliations; resolve complex business partner and payment issues; develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy; monitor and report on accounts payable performance metrics; collaborate with internal departments and external business partners; maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records; provide training and mentorship to team members; support month-end and year-end close processes; stay current with industry trends and best practices.Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Minimum Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounts payable, accounting operations, or related roles; proven leadership and team management skills.Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements; excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities; outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency with accounts payable and accounting software; ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
