Customer Outreach Specialist We're looking for an energetic and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Part-Time Member Customer Specialist. In this role, you'll build relationships with members, promote valuable programs and services, and deliver an outstanding customer experience through proactive outreach and ongoing support. If you enjoy talking with people, solving problems, and making a positive impact, we'd love to hear from you. Proactively connect with members through outbound calls and follow-up communications. Educate members about available programs, services, and resources. Build strong relationships by providing exceptional customer service and support. Consult with members to identify opportunities and recommend appropriate solutions. Partner with internal teams to resolve questions and ensure a positive member experience. Support onboarding efforts to encourage participation and engagement. Maintain accurate records and track activity within CRM systems. Monitor outreach results and share ideas to improve engagement and program success. Manage inbound and outbound communications while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, telemarketing, or a similar customer-facing role. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable making and receiving a high volume of calls. Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong follow‑up abilities. Customer-focused with strong problem‑solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms is a plus. This is a part‑time position. Part‑time schedule with flexible 4‑hour shifts between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Nagler Group
