About the Role
The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President, Lead Business Architect to play a pivotal role in a multi-year finance transformation program. The successful candidate will be tasked with defining and driving the target-state business architecture across enterprise finance functions, with a strong focus on influencing senior stakeholders in finance, operations, and technology. This leadership position demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in large-scale transformation initiatives within banking or financial services, and the ability to connect finance process transformation, enterprise data strategy, and business outcomes at scale. Applicants for this role at The Company should hold a Bachelor's degree and have extensive experience in leading large-scale finance transformation programs within the specified industry. Deep expertise in business and process architecture, finance operations, and enterprise data flows is essential, as is a strong understanding of general ledger, accounting processes, reconciliation, data governance, and financial reporting. The role requires a candidate with a demonstrated ability to drive organizational change, ensure executive-level stakeholder alignment, and possess exceptional communication, influence, and leadership skills.
