Tax Administrative Support Staff (Seasonal)

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist all incoming visitors and staff.
• Answer all telephone calls, assist with general inquires, and direct to appropriate staff member.
• Scan, organize, process and e-file confidential client documents.
• Run business errands and coordinate all catering needed for business meetings.
• Point of contact for office vendors
• Assist various departments with special projects.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma.
• 1-3 years of previous administrative support experience.
• Previous experience in Accounting firm preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Types: Contract, Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
