Lead the Future of Plumbing Preconstruction Kilgore Industries is seeking an experienced Plumbing Estimator to lead our plumbing estimating and preconstruction efforts across commercial, industrial, healthcare, multifamily, and institutional projects throughout Texas. This is a key leadership position responsible for developing winning estimates, mentoring estimating teams, driving strategic project pursuits, and helping shape the future growth of our organization. What You'll Do Lead all plumbing estimating and preconstruction activities Develop conceptual, negotiated, and hard-bid estimates Partner with operations, project management, and business development teams Review plans, specifications, and contract documents to develop accurate cost projections Drive value engineering and risk analysis efforts Develop relationships with owners, general contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors Improve estimating processes, databases, labor units, and technology platforms Support revenue forecasting and strategic growth initiatives What We\'re Looking For 10+ years of plumbing estimating experience 5+ years of leadership or management experience Extensive commercial and industrial plumbing estimating expertise Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and construction practices Experience with estimating software such as Trimble, Accubid, FastPIPE, QuoteSoft, or similar platforms Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills Design-build and conceptual estimating experience preferred Benefits C ompetitive compensation packages P aid company holidays 4 01K plan PTO plan Health benefits If you meet the above requirements, please apply to join the Kilgore team today! “Regulated by the Texas Dept. of Licensing and Registration, P.O.
