Snr Research Consultant

Job Description Work across multiple therapeutic and scientific areas including cardiovascular, metabolic, respiratory, neurological, dermatological, sleep, autoimmune disorders, mental health, women’s health, obesity, infectious diseases, oncology, and over 100 specific human health conditions. Conduct research studies related to disease prevalence and incidence, disease burden, treatment utilization, healthcare resource utilization, patient outcomes, caregiver burden, and patterns of medical care and pharmacological treatment. Analytical solutions will support human drug and vaccine developments in adults and children. Perform statistical and epidemiological analyses using large licensed or collected healthcare datasets. Responsible for conducting applied research in a focused scientific area, investigating solutions through rigorous studies, ensuring timely, budget‑conscious, high‑quality delivery to clients, and managing client expectations with Oracle, vendors, and third parties. Apply scientific, clinical, and healthcare knowledge to deliver research studies, analysis, presentations and reports on moderately complex customer engagements, introduce innovative research methodologies with autonomy, and lead solution design and implementation where appropriate. Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field. Position Requirements Statistical analyses including bivariate tests, causal inference methods, model assumption tests, complex modeling, and data visualization. Data cleaning, data management, and analysis design using different data sources and types such as relational databases, survey data, clinical trials data, administrative data, and longitudinal data. Advanced programming and statistical computing skills in R, SAS, and SPSS Statistics. Evaluate statistical methodology and execution, perform code checks, and provide technical guidance. Conduct literature reviews, write statistical reports, and present statistical results to both statistical and non‑statistical audiences. Qualifications Certain U.S. based or U.S. customer or client‑facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements such as immunization/occupational health mandates and/or drug testing requirements. Salary and Benefits US: Hiring Range in USD from $74,100–$148,300 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
