Must-Have: Applicants must be flexible with internal floating between departments.

Description: We are seeking a Respiratory Therapist specialized in NICU. The position requires rotating shifts for all staff members, with an effort to maintain consistent schedules during the contract. The role will involve floating between units within the facility. Weekend work is expected, with shifts every other weekend as per the collective bargaining agreement. Call is not required for this position. The expected patient ratios will depend on campus acuity. Candidates should be prepared to meet all floating requirements within the facility. The individual must have experience in the NICU setting and demonstrate the ability to manage critical ventilatory support. Two professional references covering the last three years are required for compliance. Communication regarding interview availability should be included in applications, with specific time zones and multiple options provided for scheduling flexibility. All applicants must adhere to compliance document deadlines prior to the start date.
