FINANCIAL ANALYST II

Works with the Manager of Budgeting and Analysis to perform annual budgeting, monthly financial performance analysis, quarterly financial forecasting, cost/profitability studies, acquisition analysis, and special projects. Assists in providing financial analysis and planning support to the line and staff organizations.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Responsible for the Budgeting/Forecasting Model’s system maintenance and enhancement. Maintain, enhance, and produce the Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) and Monthly Operating Performance Reporting. Conduct financial analysis and problem‑solving in performance reporting and transfer pricing. Coordinate, consolidate, and analyze the annual budget and quarterly forecast. Provide financial analysis and planning support to line/staff groups and assist with acquisition analysis. Work with the Manager on special projects as needed. Commit to established Bank programs such as CustomerFirst, Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), and Equal Employment Opportunity. Accurately, thoroughly, and efficiently handle and analyze a high volume of data, organize it into concise presentations, and derive sound conclusions. Prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Maintain effective verbal and written communication skills at all levels of Bank personnel. Apply advanced skills and adapt procedures, processes, and techniques to meet complex requirements. Resolve most questions and problems, referring the most complex issues to higher levels.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Minimum 1–3 years of financial analysis experience. Minimum 2 years of advanced Excel experience, including pivot tables.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Advanced data handling and analytical skills as described above. Effective communication skills. Ability to adapt to complex requirements.

COMPENSATION

Starting base salary: $31.39 – $50.14 per hour. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
