Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate clients' substance abuse histories, mental health conditions, and individual treatment needs.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that effectively address both the addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders through ongoing client collaboration.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to encourage meaningful participation in the recovery process.

• Work closely with fellow treatment team members—such as nurses and case managers—to ensure a coordinated and integrated approach to client care.

Qualifications\n
