Here's what it takes to succeed with us. 2 years of experience Able to lift 50 lbs. Basic math skills Able to read blueprints and a tape measure Steel-toe boots/shoes Responsibilities: Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications Perform MIG/TIG/structural welding on floors, walls, roofs, and mechanical components Complete fabrication and welding tasks according to production requirements Operate grinders and hand tools to smooth and finish welds Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met Support general shop duties and maintain a clean, safe work environment Why This Role?
