The Role

From machine operators to maintenance technicians to quality inspectors, our teams help protect what matters mostmaking everyday life safer, smarter, and more sustainable.

Schedule: Work only 15 days per month with our unique rotating 3-4 day schedule

1. A - Day Shift: 7:00am - 7:00pm (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday + alternating Saturdays)
2. B - Night Shift: 7:00pm - 7:00am (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday + alternating Saturdays)
3. C - Day Shift: 7:00am - 7:00pm (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday + alternating Saturdays)
4. D - Night Shift: 7:00pm - 7:00am (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday + alternating Saturdays)

What You'll Do

• Operate a forklift
• Retrieved boxed resins and deliver to extrusion line
• Scan all materials to the appropriate extrusion line
• Weigh and return boxed resin to inventory locations
• Keep resin bins full
• Communicate all resin/packaging needs and maintain stock inventory in plant
• Keep inventory areas clean and organized
• Unload and put away all raw material deliveries
• Take trash and cardboard waste to appropriate compactor
• Stretch-wrap and label all Finished Goods
• Assist operators in packaging and banding pallets
• Labels scrap and keep scrap area clean and organized
• Inspect finished good packaging
• Load finished goods into transfer trailer.
• Breakdown and organize empty Gaylord containers
• Comply with all safety policies and procedures
• Comply with all AIB and BRC Standards and Standard Operation Procedures

What You'll Bring

Essential Qualifications:

• Forklift experience required
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening

Compensation & Benefits

Starting Salary:

• Wages ranging from $17.50 per hour, dependent on experience.
• Additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential.
