Product Management: Manage Vendor Relationships for Ancillary Products
- Serve as Elan Credit Card Program Manager, coordinating vendor relationships, and internal communication of product updates, promotions, and reports.
- Analyzes opportunities for new or enhanced products.
- Coordinates product implementation plans with vendors which includes sales objectives and product specifications.
- Ensures product disclosures and all customer-facing material is compliant with applicable regulations and bank policy.
- Implements changes in programs and procedures to maintain competitive position and ensure compliance with regulation.
- Develops communications to internal staff regarding product development and specifications; requirements related to the product pr service.
- Works with Banking Division to develop product promotion plans to support and attain the bank's strategic objectives.
Serve as the Editor of the monthly employee newsletter, Headlines.
- In this capacity, develop content and manage submissions and the review process as needed.
- Coordinate layout with the creative team.
- Coordinate production and distribution with the copy center.
Merchandising
- Serve as project lead in the development of merchandising campaigns each year.
- Develop customer facing campaigns which support the bank's strategic objectives while adhering to regulations and bank policy.
Participate in cross-divisional projects as required
- Annual Repricing Project
- Facilities - Branch closures and moves
- Regulatory Committees
- Product conversions, and acquisition-related projects
- Banking Division periodic promotions
Serve as the content manager for the following Bank resources ensuring product and service content is accurate and compliant to regulation:
- Corporate website and Redwood Merchant Services website
- Info Library Marketing Section
- Marketing Communications Catalog
- Request for Proposal Catalog
- Word Processing Catalog
Participate in the planning and execution of Company Events such as Employee Recognition, including developing write-ups of honorees for presentation materials, internal platform (Info Library), and newsletters special edition.
Assist as needed in execution of periodic Special Events, as approved by Senior Product Manager.
