Hello SLPs! Come work with a woman and therapist run company doing what you love! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Anoka, MN area. What You'll Do

• Provide speech therapy services in the school setting
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

What We're Looking For

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Active Minnesota PELSB SLP License
• Open to CF candidates!
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required
