We are looking for a dynamic individual with the capacity to efficiently oversee multiple client engagements while also demonstrating proficiency in business development, marketing, and recruitment efforts. Furthermore, the ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the aptitude to foster professional growth within our staff. This position offers flexibility in terms of office location, plus has the option to be fully remote.Whatit Means to Work forEisnerAmper:You will get to be part of one of the largest and fastest growing accounting and advisory firms in the industryYou will have the flexibility to manage your days in support of our commitment to work/life balanceYou will join a culture that has received multiple top “PlacestoWork” awardsWe believe thatgreat workisaccomplishedwhen cultures, ideas and experiences come together to createinnovative solutions We understand that embracing our differences is what unites us as a team and strengthens ourfoundation Showing up authentically is how we, both as professionals and a Firm, find inspiration to do our best work WhatWork You Willbe Responsible For: Supervise a team, foster strong client relationships, and collaborate closely with Partners in an entrepreneurial environment that values exceptional client service and technical excellence whilemaintainingclear visibility into engagement status, deadlines, and deliverables.Oversee tax planning and compliance functions for ultra-high net worth individuals and their families, ensuringtimely,accuratedelivery of federal, state, and local returns, while proactivelyidentifyingand resolving workflow, technical, or client-related delays.Possesscomprehensive knowledge of hedge fund K-1 treatment, withstrongunderstanding of trusts, estates, gifts, and charitable entities, and ensure consistent application of tax law and firm standards across all engagements.Perform primary review of complex tax returns, ensuring technical accuracy, proper documentation, and minimal rework, whileidentifyingrecurring issues and driving continuous improvement.Serve as a primaryclientcontact, delivering proactive tax planning insights, responding to inquiries with clarity and urgency, and supporting client meetings and presentations.Monitor engagement budgets, realization, and teamutilization;identifymargin risks, scope creep, or inefficiencies, and implement solutions to improve performance and profitability.Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders while promoting accountability and ownership across the engagement team.Provide coaching, training, and real-time feedback to staff; support recruiting, onboarding, and performance evaluation efforts; and contribute to the continuous development of team capabilities.Leverage tax technology, data tools, and process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability of service delivery.Activelyparticipatein business development efforts, includingidentifyingopportunities, supporting proposals, and expanding client relationships.Stay current on tax law changes and collaborate across the firm to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’sDegree inAccountingor equivalent field isrequired10+ years of progressive tax experience providing tax compliance and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals 8+ years of tax compliance, specialization in complex technical individual and business returnsRecent Public Accounting experienceCPA or IRS Enrolled Agent CertificationrequiredPreferred/Desired Qualifications:Master’s Degree inTaxationor relevant field Experience usingGoSystemsor CCHAxcesstax softwareExperienceacquiringnew clients and growing a book of businessEisnerAmper is proud to be a merit-based employer.We do not discriminateon the basis ofveteran or disability status or any protected characteristics under federal, state, or local law.About our Private Client Services (PCS) Team: TheEisnerAmperPrivate Client Services Team connects family owned, closely held businesses and high net worth individuals with the solutions they need to reach their short- and long-term financial goals.
