Motorcycle Delivery Driver – McGrath Powersports

Location: Cedar Rapids, IA
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday (Full-Time or Part-Time)

About the Opportunity

McGrath Powersports is seeking a reliable and experienced Motorcycle Delivery Driver to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring safe, timely, and professional delivery of motorcycles, ATVs, and UTVs to customers and between dealership locations.

What You’ll Do

Safely load, secure, transport, and deliver motorcycles and powersports vehicles
Inspect units before and after transport to ensure condition and accuracy
Coordinate delivery schedules and routes with the sales and service teams
Provide a professional and customer-focused delivery experience
Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of delivery vehicles and equipment
Assist with staging, moving, and organizing inventory as needed
Support the team with additional duties when not on deliveries

Requirements

Prior driving experience (delivery, transport, towing, or similar) strongly preferred
Comfortable handling and transporting motorcycles and powersports equipment
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to obtain a motorcycle endorsement (if not already licensed)
Ability to safely load and secure vehicles for transport
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Positive, professional attitude with strong customer service skills
