Civil Engineer

Civil Engineer – Land Development Role Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in land development to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a solid understanding of civil design principles, and experience with site grading, drainage, utilities, and plan preparation. Responsibilities include: Prepare and review civil engineering plans, reports, and technical documents for land development projects Perform design work related to grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway improvements Coordinate with clients, agencies, and project team members to ensure project success Support project managers in developing design concepts and project deliverables Ensure designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field Minimum 3 years of professional experience in land development design Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, and utility design Excellent written and verbal communication skills EIT certification preferred; PE license a plus In Return We Offer Competitive salary ($75,000–$90,000, depending on experience) Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO) Professional growth and advancement opportunities Collaborative and supportive team environment How to Apply Please submit your resume and cover letter or fill out application below. #J-18808-Ljbffr Excel Engineering
