- Deliver compassionate direct patient care under nursing supervision, ensuring all treatments and daily activities align with top-tier safety, quality, and organizational standards.
- Assess and monitor patient health journeys by tracking vital signs and observing subtle changes in status, ensuring the care team is fully informed and ready to respond.
- Collaborate on personalized care plans with your preceptor by reporting critical test results and clinical observations, directly influencing positive patient outcomes.
- Document clinical observations accurately to maintain seamless communication across the healthcare team and guarantee the highest quality of continuous care.
- Facilitate smooth patient transitions and a welcoming environment by assisting with safe transport to diagnostic services and preparing care spaces.
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Must be accepted or enrolled into a Nursing program upon date of hire/transfer and begin classes within 90 days of date of hire/transfer required.
