Assistant Project Manager

Overview The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. The role is in the "Living Division" (multifamily) and is assigned to a large historic renovation project in the St. Louis area. Responsibilities Update relevant stakeholders or team members on project progress Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them Qualifications Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent experience Experience in MULTIFAMILY sector of construction required (ground up and/or renovation) Historical Renovation experience strongly preferred Strong business acumen in project planning and management Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Project Management Industries Building Construction Benefits Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) #J-18808-Ljbffr Scott Humphrey Corporation
