LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE - LPN With Generous Sign-On Bonus FT/PT WALK IN INTERVIEWS MONDAY-FRIDAY 10am-3pm Heritage Ridge Senior Living at Windy Hill is a newly owned and operated skilled nursing facility, providing clinically sophisticated sub-acute care and rehabilitation, as well as comprehensive nursing care. Come join our growing team! LPN Open Shifts: Full Time Part Time POSITION DESCRIPTION:
- Performs nursing functions within scope of LPN licensure
- Strong LPN skills required
- Works closely with all members of the nursing team and must have the ability to adapt to changing day to day environment/clinical settings
- Administering medications and treatments in compliance with federal, state, local, and facility policies
- Maintaining confidentiality and rights of residents, family, employee, and facility information in compliance with HIPPA policies and applicable regulations
- Interacting cooperatively with residents, families, visitors, and other staff
- Completion of an accredited school of practical nursing
- Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) in the State of PA
- Required experience for Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ): Nursing: 1 year
- Required license or certification for Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ): LPN
