Business Services Coordinator (Intermediate) Pay Rate: $33.00 - $37.95/hour on W2 Contract Length: 12 months Location: Channahon, IL 60410 (Onsite) Work Schedule: Part Time – 32 hrs./week - 4 days on / 3 days off Raise is currently hiring a contract team member on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader. Responsibilities Organizes and supports activities for a program, department, or initiative. Performs administrative tasks in support of effort. Ensures coordination of activities across departments and or individuals. Provides general meeting support and schedule coordination. Works with moderate work direction and is skilled and knowledgeable in the position. Qualifications 5+ years of SAP Experience required. Experience with creating purchase requisitions for materials and services must have been completed in SAP. Commercial and industrial quote knowledge a plus. Being able to troubleshoot invoices. Any industrial experience would be a plus but not required. Ability to work under pressure. Must be able to work 7 days/12 hours a day for a defined period of time (only a peak schedule).
