Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, strengths, and areas for growth, ensuring personalized care plans.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care approaches.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, clearly outlining goals and interventions tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.

• Engage in meaningful collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate coordinated care and comprehensive treatment strategies.

• Offer crisis intervention services and risk assessments, providing critical safety planning and support during instances of acute distress.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, equipping clients with essential skills to manage their mental health effectively.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
