Make a difference in the lives of students as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. This exciting contract opportunity offers a chance to work close to the vibrant South Royalton, VT area, supporting students’ communication growth and academic success on a consistent weekly schedule (35-40 hours).

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license for Vermont (or willingness to obtain prior to assignment)
- Previous experience in a K-12 educational setting preferred
- Strong collaborative and interpersonal communication abilities
- Excellent organizational skills and a student-centered approach
Responsibilities:
- Provide screenings, evaluations, and direct therapy services to students with speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students’ unique requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other educational professionals to maximize student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation of student progress, session notes, and required reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions
- Deliver both group and one-on-one interventions
