Position: Banking Center Manager Location: Greenville, OH Job Id: 113 # of Openings: 1 Job Summary The Banking Center Manager is responsible for leading branch operations, team performance, and customer experience. This role drives growth through relationship building, sales leadership, and community engagement, while ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance. The Manager develops and coaches staff, oversees daily branch activities, and ensures the banking center meets performance goals in a well‑controlled, customer‑focused environment. Team Leadership & Development Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team of tellers and relationship bankers Set clear expectations and motivate staff to achieve individual and branch goals Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions Participate in hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of team members Address performance concerns and support employee development Branch Performance & Growth Drive branch sales, referrals, and customer relationship growth Promote bank products and services to meet customer needs Support consumer lending activity, including vehicle, unsecured, and share loans Build relationships within the community to generate new business opportunities Partner with customers to deepen relationships and expand services Operations & Compliance Oversight Oversee daily branch operations, including cash handling, security, and controls Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Monitor operational performance and address issues proactively Support accurate reporting and timely completion of required documentation Maintain a strong control environment and readiness for audits Customer Experience Deliver and model exceptional customer service Resolve complex customer concerns and ensure positive outcomes Serve as a resource for both customers and team members Step in to support frontline activities as needed Knowledge & Skills Strong leadership and team development abilities Proven ability to coach, motivate, and drive performance Knowledge of retail and business banking products Understanding of consumer lending products Familiarity with regulatory and compliance expectations Excellent customer service and problem‑solving skills Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to analyze performance and implement improvements Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred 3–5 years of retail banking experience required Prior supervisory or branch leadership experience preferred Experience with cash handling and branch operations Demonstrated success in sales, service, or relationship management Consumer lending experience preferred About the Bank We are a community‑focused financial institution serving the greater Miami County and Dayton region.
