This one-month contract is a great low-commitment opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a automotive environment, earn income quickly, and add a major automotive company to your resume without a long-term commitment.
A client of Insight Global in the Lansing, MI area is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team! This individual will be responsible for overseeing 25-45 production employees, coordinating staffing across multiple teams, monitoring safety and quality performance, and ensuring production goals are met. The supervisor will proactively address attendance issues, production downtime, quality concerns, and workforce adjustments while providing regular updates to business leadership on operational performance. Success in this role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with the ability to coach employees, support team leaders, and drive continuous improvement across safety, quality, and productivity metrics.
Desired Qualifications:
- 4+ years of leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of basic safety standards
