Diagnostic Radiologist OpportunityWe invite applications for a Board Certified or Eligible Diagnostic Radiologist to join our team in Portland, OR. Fellowship training in Body is preferred but not required. Our ideal candidate will have expertise interest in Body MRI, PET-CT and/or Ultrasound. You will join an integrated and compassionate team of physicians and supportive clinical and administrative staff. Interested applicants need to interact well with clinical colleagues, present regularly in conferences, and work efficiently while providing consultations.What You Can Expect:A manageable call schedule where call is divided equally amongst all Diagnostic RadiologistsSignificant work from home opportunities and great work/life balance.4-day work week with overnight call coverage from a nighthawk staffPhysician-friendly Epic EMR, RadAI Impressions and AI-assisted scribe supportOpportunities for leadership positions within the medical group, if desiredPublic Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibilityMinimum Requirements:Board Certified or Eligible in Diagnostic RadiologyFellowship in Body is preferred but not required.Preferred Requirements:Body MRI, PET-CT and/or UltrasoundWe Provide You:Generous automatic employer-funded pension and retirement contributions totaling 21% of clinician eligible earnings with additional employee contribution optionalCompetitive compensation that is not based on fee-for-service modelPathway for physicians to become shareholders of Northwest PermanentePaid annual education leave + annual education allowanceComprehensive benefits including largely employer-funded medical, dental insurance premiums, life insurance, and paid leaveComplete professional liability coverage provided at no cost, 100% reimbursement for obtaining and maintaining board certification, continuing medical education reimbursement, and in-house CME opportunitiesCurrent hiring incentives for this role:Relocation allowance – up to $15,000Generous sign-on and retention bonus of $55,000The annual base salary range is $483,480 - $514,350 for a.9 FTE/ 4-day work week. Salary range considers an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors.
